Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how ColorAI collects, uses, stores, and processes information, including AI-based image processing.

What we collect
- Account information (such as email address and authentication identifiers)
- Uploaded content (images and prompts you upload for processing)
- Generated outputs (AI-generated images and related processing metadata)
- Usage, device, and analytics data (e.g., device type, OS, app/website interactions, error logs)
- Billing status and transaction identifiers (not card details)
Children’s privacy & images of minors
The Service is intended for adults. ColorAI does not permit children to create accounts or use the Service directly. If you upload images that depict a child or minor, you represent and warrant that you are the child’s parent/legal guardian or you have obtained explicit consent from the child’s parent/legal guardian to upload and process the image.
We treat images of children as sensitive personal data. Such images are used only to provide the requested Service, are not sold, and are not used for advertising or profiling.
If you believe an image of a child has been uploaded without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete the content without delay.
Face data
Images uploaded to the Service may contain a person’s face. ColorAI does not extract, analyze, or store facial landmarks, biometric identifiers, or face templates. Faces are not used for identification, recognition, age estimation, emotion analysis, or profiling.
Images containing faces are processed solely to generate a user-requested visual transformation (such as a coloring page).
AI image processing
Uploaded images are processed using automated AI systems to generate coloring pages, illustrations, or other visual outputs. This may include transformation, enhancement, segmentation, stylisation, or other automated modifications. By using the Service, you consent to this processing solely to provide the Service.
No biometric identification
ColorAI does not perform biometric identification, facial recognition, or identity verification. We do not attempt to identify individuals in images.
AI training
Uploaded images and generated outputs are not used to train AI models unless this is explicitly stated at the point of upload and you provide separate, affirmative consent.
How we use information

- Improve performance, reliability, and safety
- Comply with legal obligations
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with trusted service providers (including cloud hosting, storage, AI inference processors, and payment platforms) solely to operate and improve the Service. Service providers are required to protect data.
Sharing consumption data with Apple for refund requests
If you make purchases through Apple’s App Store, Apple may request information from us in order to review refund requests. By using the Service and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple as part of this process.
This information may include details about how you accessed and interacted with purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is solely to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We share only the information necessary for this purpose and do so in compliance with Apple’s policies.
Retention & deletion
Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, allow re-download/access where supported, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Deleted data is removed from active systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
International processing
Your information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers in accordance with applicable laws.
Terms of Use
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make purchases. Children may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the child’s use of the Service.
Using the Service
You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. You must have the legal right to upload and process any content you submit. If your content includes a minor, you must have parental/guardian consent.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others. This includes:
- Uploading content you do not have rights or consent to use
- Uploading images of children without parental or guardian consent
- Using the Service to harass, exploit, or harm others
- Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security of the Service
Your content & licence
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide and operate the Service.
AI-generated outputs
Outputs are generated automatically and may not be perfect. You are responsible for how you use outputs. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about accuracy, suitability, or uninterrupted availability.
Payments
Some features require payment. Subscriptions and purchases made through app stores or payment providers are governed by their respective terms, including renewal, cancellation, and refunds.
Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) at any time.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that outputs will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BURLEIGH CREATIVE YAZILIM VE BILISIM HIZMETLERI LIMITED SIRKETI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that exposes us or others to risk.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
